"The Gibson" UB-2
Ukulele Banjo
NEAR MINT CONDITION!
| This 1920's era Gibson UB-2 (Ukulele Banjo) has an 8" pot with celluloid bound, flat plate resonator. The bound fingerboard sports simple dot fingerboard position markers. Fret's and fingerboard show virtually no wear. It is in excellent original condition and appears to have been played only minimally. All parts are original including the head, with it's 3 folk-art pencil sketches and signature of the artist, the lug wrench and semi-soft-shell case which is also in very good condition. This instrument has a wonderful, sweet tone well suited to all styles of play. The neck is perfectly straight with nice low action. The back of resonator has a few VERY SMALL scratches. |
A VERY rare find!
